The specification specialist will be working to promote their successful energy harvesting technology into the fast-growing UK market including smart building projects and the emerging trend of modular homes. Simon will work closely together with John Corbett, Sales Director UK at EnOcean, and report to J\u00fcrgen Baryla, Vice President Sales at EnOcean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simon Johnson joins EnOcean from Theben AG, a specialist in smart home technology focussed on KNX, where he spent three years as Sales and Specification Specialist. Simon previously ran his own electrical contracting business. He has a keen interest in modern building control solutions, with a number of family home renovation projects to his name making him aware of the specific requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to have Simon join the team with his high level of experience,\u201d said J\u00fcrgen Baryla. \u201cHe has a successful track record of sales of smart building technology, as well as unique insight into installing these technologies and making them work in a real building environment.
