Ich bin stolz darauf, Miterfinder der grundlegenden Prinzipien der Energy Harvesting-Funksensorik und einer der Mitbegr\u00fcnder von EnOcean zu sein. Ich habe mein Studium der Elektrotechnik an der Fachhochschule W\u00fcrzburg-Schweinfurt absolviert und mich auf Hochfrequenzdesign und -technik spezialisiert. 1993 begann ich meine berufliche Laufbahn bei der Siemens AG im Zentralbereich Forschung und Entwicklung in M\u00fcnchen. Meine Arbeit dort erstreckte sich \u00fcber mehrere Disziplinen und konzentrierte sich auf drahtlose Sensoranwendungen und die drahtlose Fernabfrage von passiven Sensoren. Im Jahr 2001 verlie\u00df ich Siemens als Senior Engineer, um EnOcean mitzugr\u00fcnden. Seitdem habe ich verschiedene Aufgaben wahrgenommen, angefangen beim Projektmanagement, \u00fcber die Leitung unseres weltweiten Kundensupportteams bis hin zur Leitung unserer US-Niederlassungen.
