DevOps / Network Engineer Customer Support (f/m/d)

Location: Munich (Oberhaching), Germany


You will be in charge of supporting our worldwide customer base deploying EnOcean software solutions and apps. You assist building and manage the infrastructure to distribute our software in a reliable, efficient, and secure manner. Working in a multidisciplinary application engineering team, you will assure a faultless customer experience, and grow our developing field of Smart Spaces. You will be a vital part of our journey to a cutting-edge infrastructure for the delivery of IoT applications by leveraging your analytical talents, communication skills wih customers and drive for perfection.

Your role

  • Support our customers worldwide to deploy Enocean software solutions in their network infrastructure
  • Assist customers planning out projects and being involved in project implementation
  • Work closely together with our software engineering team
  • Identifying technical problems, test software updates and ‘fixes.’
  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
  • Install and maintain demo systems for our software solutions

Your profile

  • BSC in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with deploying solutions to a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in installing and configuring network equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving networking issues, including cloud applications
  • Experience with the following tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, git, Jira
  • You like to work directly with customers and have a problem-solving attitude
  • If needed, you can adjust your working schedule to support customers in different timezones
  • You are able and willing to travel worldwide to occasionally support customers on site
