Your role

Lead and manage the embedded engineering team to deliver high-quality products on-time and within budget.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills and ensure a high-performance culture within the team.
Manage the performance and development of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure their success.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement project plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Work with senior management to set project priorities, goals, and strategies that align with EnOcean’s vision for sustainable and intelligent wireless energy harvesting solutions.
Drive process design and improvements in the engineering team to improve overall efficiency and quality of work.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on the quality and reliability of our products.

Your profile

5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams or project management in a technical environment.
Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve their best performance.
Experience with change management and employee engagement strategies is a plus.
