Engineering Manager (Embedded Systems) (f/m/d)

As the Engineering Manager for our embedded engineering team, you will play a key role in driving the development of our cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to deliver quality products that align with our vision. Your role

  • Lead and manage the embedded engineering team to deliver high-quality products on-time and within budget.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills and ensure a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Manage the performance and development of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with senior management to set project priorities, goals, and strategies that align with EnOcean’s vision for sustainable and intelligent wireless energy harvesting solutions.
  • Drive process design and improvements in the engineering team to improve overall efficiency and quality of work.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on the quality and reliability of our products.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams or project management in a technical environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement strategies is a plus.
