HR Generalist (f/m/d)

Location: Munich (Oberhaching), Germany

As HR Generalist you will be in charge of managing the entire staffing process as well as optimizing HR structures and processes. You will also support the EnOcean management in all personnel-related topics and projects.

Your role

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Preparation of employment contracts and references
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Contact person for employees and managers for all operational inquiries, HR processes, and topics in the daily business
  • Applying for work and residence permits, assistance in Visa application
  • Maintaining cooperation with the works council
  • Processing of payslips in cooperation with the relevant payroll service providers in different countries
  • Supporting the management in various personnel-related topics and projects
  • Dealing with HR topics outside of Germany for remote workers
  • Optimizing HR structures and processes with the aim of continuously increasing employee satisfaction to enhance
  • Implementation and development of human resource tools
  • Coordinating salary and bonus processes in cooperation with management
  • Further development of the HR personnel program (Jacando)

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies, preferably with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in general HR management
  • You have worked in a smaller company before and are happy to take on a lot of varied tasks
  • You enjoy communication regularly with lots of people of different cultures in various time zones
  • Experience in the further development of efficient HR processes
  • Knowledge of labor law, works constitution law as well as tax and social security law
  • Strong communication skills as well as a confident and authoritative demeanor
  • You are empathic and manage the balancing act between heart and head
  • Good MS Office skills
  • You speak German and English at a business fluent level
