QA Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Praha (Czech Republic) / Hybrid

For our Prague based office we are looking for a passionate QA engineer who is able to manage a worldwide spread team and to bring into life fully automated test suite for our SmartServer product. You will work with the team in Prague, Oberhaching and in Santa Clara to increase test automation while at the same time developing and executing test cases for manual testing. You will also establish quality metrics like QA escapes, test coverage, and others.

Your role

  • Work with Product Management and Product Owner to understand requirements and provide feedback
  • Lead the team, assign tasks in efficient manner, collect and present results
  • Develop test plans and test cases together with estimates and dependencies, report results
  • Define and develop test automation framework, automate test cases within the framework
  • Perform testing
  • Support Development teams and Customer Support in solving problems
  • Ensure that quality metrics are being met on a regular basis
  • Ensure improvements of development and test environment
  • Ensure improvements in product deployment and support procedures
  • Build the team, mentor junior team members

Your profile

  • Ability to lead an international team
  • Good knowledge of test automation frameworks and ability to define overall solution
  • IoT experience is an advantage
  • Can-do mentality
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, equivalent majors or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
