Detailed Description

The MEM module offers access interface to the following memories:

• flash area (which includes the program area, the configuration area, the software information area, the module and chip information areas)
• RAM0 (Address range: 0x00 - 0x1F, Size: 32 byte)

Using the MEM module it is possible to verify flash program area consistancy using Built In Self test routine. Be sure to read flash_arch, Configuration area (CFG).
