No FTDI Drivers Found

QUESTION

I have installed DolphinView or DolphinStudio. I have selected the checkbox to install or update FTDI drivers during installation. Still after plugging in the EnOcean Programmer I get a Driver messagebox (see picture below) that the drivers where not found. What to do now?

ANSWER

On some Windows installation the FTDI drivers has to be installed manually. The unpacked FTDI drivers can be found in both DolphinStudio and DolphinView program folder. Follow the steps from the screenshot below.
