Configuration area (CFG) calibration values lost

QUESTION

Help my whole CFG Area calibration settings are lost! I keep getting an error message FRACN values are missing when trying to program my HW module. What can I do now?

ANSWER

Every time EOPX writes information to the CFG Area it creates a backup file in the DolphinStudio backup folder. This folder can be found:

WindowsXP:C:\Program Files\EnOcean\DolphinStudio\Backup
Windows 7: C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\EnOcean\DolphinStudio\Backup

To restore these settings you can either type:

eopx -restore

Or

In the DolphinStudio GUI click Utilities→Restore configuration area from Backup as shown in the figure below.
