Online Marketing & Platforms Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Oberhaching near Munich (hybrid)

We are currently looking for an Online Marketing / Platforms Manager (m/f/d) to build, develop and optimize our marketing platforms. The platforms include the website, CRM and social media channels. The range of tasks extends from (new) set-up over development and optimization to monitoring success.

Your role

Development of a digital strategy
Development and optimization of all online platforms, including a long-term strategy for business support
Linking the platforms for lead generation, nurturing and conversion
Further development of marketing automation
Definition of the domain strategy
Maintenance of the website
Definition of the content required for the platforms
Analyzing and monitoring the activities carried out, evaluating the data and making recommendations for action

Your profile

Degree in online marketing or marketing with further training in online marketing
At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in online marketing or platform support for an industrial company or in an agency
Excellent web, CRM and lead generation skills
In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEA
Ability to relate to the target groups
Good project management skills
Self-motivated, structured professional style with a strong ability to work independently
Creativity and flexibility
High level of commitment and perseverance
Great team player
Business fluent in English
