Data recording when contacting us

Insofar as you contact us by e-mail or via contact form, your e-mail address and, if provided by you, your name and your phone number shall be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing the request. The data sent by you to us by way of contact request remain with us until the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after completion of your request). Data recording within the framework of mobile app use

• When downloading the mobile app, the required information is transferred to the App Store, in particular user name, e-mail address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device identification number. We have no control over this data recording by the app store operators and we are not responsible for it. We process data only as far as it is/becomes necessary for downloading the app to your mobile device.
• When you use the mobile app, your device identification is recorded within the app to determine if your device is suitable to provide you with the features of our mobile app and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Article 6 para. (1) lit. f) GDPR).
• This mobile app does not set any cookies.
• The use of the mobile app does not require access rights to device functions or data of your device (e.g. location data, contacts, camera, etc.).
