Support Our Tray-Packaging Recycling Program

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we invite all customers to take an active role in our packaging recycling program. By returning used module trays, you help reduce waste and contribute to a more environmentally friendly product lifecycle.

How the Return System Works

We operate a tray return system designed to make recycling simple and effective. Before sending trays back to us, please ensure the following:

• Clean condition: Trays must be free from oil, glue residue, or any other contamination.
• Original EnOcean trays only: We accept only the original packaging trays with the “EnOcean” brand embossed.
• All variants welcome: Any EnOcean module tray variant can be returned.
• Proper packaging: Place the trays into a shipping-ready box that ensures safe transport.
• Prepaid shipping: Return shipments must be sent with shipping fees paid in advance.
• Label your shipment: Include a note stating “for recycling.”
