New Headquarters: Making Technology More Accessible

On May 18, 2026, EnOcean GmbH will relocate its headquarters from the suburbs to a centrally located site in Munich. Across approximately 1,000 m² of modern office and laboratory space, we will bring together research, development, and administration under one roof. This will create ideal conditions for driving innovation more efficiently and promoting our growth in a more targeted manner in the future.

IoT solutions in daily use

The deciding factor in choosing the location near Ostbahnhof was the combination of modern offices and specially equipped laboratory spaces. In this modern work environment, we will make daily use of our sustainable IoT solutions for a wide range of applications. Solutions based on energy harvesting and sensor-to-cloud applications will also be demonstrated and in continuous use in various ways. This enables practical testing, promotes further development, and strengthens collaboration with partners on innovative projects. The new office brings all teams together on one floor in an open space. Thus, we also shorten communication channels and accelerate interdisciplinary processes.

The new EnOcean headquarters in St.-Martin-Strasse 76 is part of the renowned “Weisses Quartier” office complex. It is an example of how office and laboratory spaces can be intelligently integrated to create sustainable work environments.
